Zen Music & Move is a 5 week course packed with fun, fancy dress and music for the baby's who love to groove and have outgrown Zen Baby Yoga. Each week we will explore a different theme through music and play, exploring different instruments and noises.

Zen Music & Move, is all about music and movement and this is crucial for little ones early brain development. Baby's will enhance their social, physical and mental development throughout these sessions. By handling different instruments they will improve their motor skills as well as boosting their language development through songs.
