The session will consist of a specialized tummy & foot massage learning specific reflexology points, baby yoga stretches & sensory play.

Zen Twinkle & Glow is a super chiled, sparkly session where your baby can explore soft twinkling lights, glowing visuals and sensory play - all thoughtfully curated to support early development. Sensory light play can encourage visual tracking, stimulate curiosity and support early brain development in a calming environment.

Zen Beatz & Bop is a fun and lively class for your little one to have a boogie, explore new instruments and enjoy some sensory play. Music & Movement is critical for your little ones early brain development. It is not your average baby music class as we will be shaking our scarves to Spice Girls and finish each session with some bubbles.
