Zen Sip & Stay is Zentrin's deluxe version of a stay & play in a home from home style.

Does your baby suffer with tummy discomforts including constipation, colic or trapped wind? Learn a specialized massage routine to help soothe and relax your baby easing their tummy discomforts. The session will consist of a specialized tummy & foot massage learning specific reflexology points, baby yoga stretches & sensory play.

Zen Baby & Daddy workshops are hosted on a weekend day, giving dads an opportunity to spend quality time with their baby. Dads will be taught how to massage their baby and bond through loving touch, suitable for pre crawlers. Learning techniques to help soothe and calm your baby. The session will include sensory play, a little keepsake to take home, an opportunity for photos and refreshments.

Zen Beatz & Bop is a fun and lively class for your little one to have a boogie, explore new instruments and enjoy some sensory play. Music & Movement is critical for your little ones early brain development. It is not your average baby music class as we will be shaking our scarves to Spice Girls and finish each session with some bubbles.
