Zen Baby Massage & Reflexology
For babies 0 - 6 months (pre crawling)
£50 for 5 weeks
Zen Baby Massage & Reflexology is a 5 week course where you will perform a soothing massage on your baby. It is the perfect way to spend quality time with your baby and bond through loving touch. Learn techniques and massage strokes, including specialised moves to improve colic, constipation and teething pains. Each class there will be themed sensory play and opportunity for you to enjoy a chat & drink. All you need to bring with you is a small towel/blanket, everything else will be provided for you. You will receive a welcome pack which will include a tub of Kokoso Baby Coconut Oil for you to massage your baby with in class and at home. After the 5 weeks you will have private access to the baby massage videos to continue practicing what you learnt in class at home. Classes held at St Johns Church, in Churchdown on a Monday.
